Shipping Times

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order is confirmed, here’s what you can expect:

- Processing Time: 1–3 business days  
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days  
- Express Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days  
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by location)

Please note that these are estimated delivery windows. We’ll do our best to get your order out on time, but delays due to weather, carrier issues, or customs (for international orders) may occur.

International Orders

Yes, we ship worldwide! 🌎 International shipping times and costs depend on your location and local customs.  
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply—we’re not responsible for delays due to customs.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75.  
All other shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery speed.

Tracking Your Order

Lost or Stolen Packages

Skin Lux is not liable for packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure. If your package is missing, contact the shipping carrier first. Still stuck? Reach out to us—we’re happy to help where we can.

Incorrect Address

If you entered the wrong address, please contact us ASAP at support@skinlux.store. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update it for you. Once it’s in transit, changes may not be possible, and reshipping fees may apply.
